create a boot usb install windows 10 - isos 10041

From Folder ESD i made a Windows 10 ISO. Don't remeber how i did, maybe there is a post around. Or was $WINDOWS.~BT folder or both. Anyway, probably Microsoft has Windows 10 previous versions Isos somewhere...

I don't find my dvd with that Windows 10 instal files so i have to make a boot install pendrive:
