If you want to dual boot Windows 10 with Windows 8.1 you need to install AMD Graphics drivers as AMD Embedded drivers. Anyway the correct Catalyst install download is:

Embedded AMD R5 M430 "dedicated" (sorry but embedded is not what i would call deicated) on AMD A9-9410 processor (cpu). Sp we need to download from AMD, and not from Acer website where there are only drivers for Windows 10 and in some country for Windows 7 but not for Windows 8.1... we need: to select Embedded - AMD Embedded R - Series Processors - R-Series Soc
(and forget all drivepack drivers because you don't need them anymore and 2 i downloaded did not work for me)
For Windows 8.1 no matter if it is 32 or 64 bits:

It will install AMD HDMI audio driver, null driver for amd iommu devices, amd psp driver, amd catalyst control center, amd smbus driver, amd catalyst install manager & AMD SATA Controller Driver.
Reboot needef after install.
Why Dual boot with Windows 8.1 because withj Windows 10 and uefi bios settings you have no other option unless you install some linux os. If you want to install Windows 7 you will have to change bios settings to legacy or whatever is not uefi and then Windows 10 will disappear and won't boot at all. At least is what i believe and know, i don't want to try again to recover a Windows 10 because i change the uefi setting on bios... I think i had to reinstall all...

AND THE PCI DEVICE WITH NO RIVER INSTALLED
