handbrake shrink cortar cut video

just open your avi or mp4 file with handbrake (previous handbrake post has link and shows how to convert dvd to mp4). Then on third horizontal box, change to seconds instead of scenes :-) and now you can set start and end of video to particular times :-)

Antaño, hace 17 años lo mismo, había un programa sencillo de usar para cortar vídeos, creo que hasta permitía pergar fragmentos. Puede incluso que se llamara shrink avi o algo parecido.

Pues con el programa francés y gratuito llamado Handbrake no solo puedes convertir tus dvds a mp4 sino que también puedes recortar o dividir en fragmentos tu vídeo mp4. Estaría bien que generará las dos mitades que era lo que hacía aquel programa pero me temo que de un vídeo de casi 30 minutos voy a tener que generar la primera mitad y luego la segunda mitad. Y lo peor es que creo que va a tardar más en cortar el vídeo que lo que tardó en convertir el dvd en un fichero mp4...

La estimación indica que 2 horas para generar la mitad de casi 15 minutos :-/ Cómo es un programa de Windows no le daría mucha fiabilidad a esa estimación, podría ser más o menos tiempo...

Android Kinemaster liberar espacio y editar

Cuando conviertes o editas algún video con la app Kinemaster, los archivos temporales no se borran y van ocupando espacio en tu dispositivo smartphone.

Comprueba que no tienes ningún archivo en la carpeta /KineMaster//Converted/

Si hay algún archivo o varios archivos y no tienes ningún proyecto pendiente en la app de KineMaster entonces puedes borrar esos archivos temporales (.temp) y recuperar algo de espacio en tu memoria interna o tarjeta SD :-)

Ah! por si acaso, comprueba el contenido de la carpeta EXPORT también ;-)

Audacity - Record music from online radio

With Audacity you can record sound from your computer speaker.
So you can record any sound from your browser or any other software.

Next step will be find the produced file and convert it to mp3 if it's recorded in any other format and i want to use it on my mp3 player. Probably on settings you can choose audio format to record sound, i didn't checked this time. Audacity is around since a lot of years, and more, and always been usefull.

Once we decide to stop recording the audio we are listening threw computer speaker, we can go to Fiel menu and select "Export to" and pressing on Type of output we can select mp3 format and many other sound file types :-)

And we can add some metadata like author, year, album title and so on...

oops!!! i forgot, we need lame_enc.dll to export to mp3.

Difuminar zona youtube

Si no se pueden seleecionar los frames dónde enmascarar o difuminar un texto i imágen, se cortar, editar ese fragmento y volver a pegar los distintos fragmentos de vídeo.

Que yo sepa esto es posible solo en youtube web. La app no ofrece esto. En Android habría que deshabilitar o desasociar la app youtube para acceder a youtube web o es posible que accediendo desde web nos pregunte si queremos acceder a la app y le indiquemos que no :-)

Creo que tengo un post reciente porque grabé como recortar un fragmento de vídro con KineMaster. Intuitivo para unos y no tanto para otros...

El video de Kinemaster era porque no encontraba un botón deshacer cuando corte seleccionando a la izquierda y parecía que había perdido el resto del vídeo. Parecía :-)

First of all, i have to say that al programs i find on http://sourceforge.net/ are cool programs, and are Open Source Software and i think they are all free.

Avidemux is easy to use and can not only convert files to another format but is also fast to cut pieces of Avi files (avi, flv, mpeg...).

To edit a movie you just go to File menu and select open, or just drag the video to middle window of avidemux.

To cut a piece of movie just stop video where you want to set beginning and press on:

You can also go to menu bar, Edit and choose: Set Marker A.

Next you keep playing video till the choosen end point and press Stop, or drag the "play" bar till the choosen end point. And then you just go to Edit, Set Marker B, or press on:

And finally go to File menu, and select  Save.

I just explained how to easily cut a video but you can do many other things with Avidemux :)
