Si no se abre una página web o no tenemos acceso a la red de internet, Chrome nos da unos sabios consejos si pulsamos sobre el botón "más detalles" tras el error "ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED".
El hecho de que no se pueda resolver el nombre sugiere más bien un problema de conexioón con los servidores DNS, pero en este caso simplemente no tenía acceso a internet.

Prueba a inhabilitar la predicción de red
Accede al menú de Chrome > Configuración > Mostrar configuración avanzada… y desactiva la opción "Utilizar un servicio de predicciones para que las páginas se carguen más rápido". Si esto no soluciona el problema, te recomendamos que vuelvas a seleccionar esta opción para conseguir un mejor rendimiento.
Configura tu cortafuegos o tu antivirus para permitir el acceso de Chrome a la red.
Si ya está incluido como programa autorizado para acceder a la red, elimínalo de la lista y vuelve a añadirlo.
Si utilizas un servidor proxy…
Comprueba la configuración del proxy o ponte en contacto con el administrador de red para asegurarte de que el servidor proxy funcione correctamente.
