but is there any google official site or link to download any android app or google maps apk package, so i can install that version or even latest version in any phone even without internet connection... any?

Right now i cannot update google maps app from play store because probably even my play store app and android version are old. And if it is not enough reason, internet data connection right now, where i am... is really weak.

So no way to update apps from Play Store without losing lot of megabytes from connection and download trials... But i could try to download an apk file even if my internet connection is really weak and slow...
