Resetear cambiar ip pública

La pregunta es cómo resetear o cambiar mi IP pública ya que tengo una dirección ip dinámica.

No se si influye el tiempo que llevamos con nuestra línea o adsl o fibra óptica o router o proveedor de internet... pero hace un mes con un router nuevo podía cambiar la ip pública que tenía con solo apagar y encender el router. Y creo que así funcionaba en otro router que llevaba más tiempo y con  una línea con más años a sus espaldas. Pero hoy no consigo cambiar la IP pública con solo apagar el router...

Pero hoy Lunes 12 de Diciembre de 2016 acabo de apagar el router y el aparato de fibra óptica (ONT = Optical Network Terminal que convierte la señal de luz en señal electrica), y la dirección IP pública que tengo sigue siendo la misma :-/

Para ver tu IP pública, pulsa en el siguiente cuadro:

Puedes hacer la prueba abriendo la ventana de "Check my IP and locate me", dejarla abierta, apagar el router unos segundos o varios minutos, encender el router de nuevo y el ONT si tienes fibra óptica, y pulsar F5 en la ventana que te muestra la IP de manera a que se cargue de nuevo y te muestre la dirección IP pública que tienes en este momento. Lo normal es o era que sea distinta.

En mi caso se ve que la IP asignada tiene un tiempo de vida bastante largo (lease time). También es verdad que si miramos nuestro router solemos asignar una IP durante 24 horas o más. Quiere decir que para que a un ordenador el router le asigne una dirección IP (por DHCP) diferente, pues tiene que estar desconectado 24 horas o más. Transcurrido ese tiempo el router se olvidará de los datos de ese ordedenador.

En nuestro ordenador podemos renovar nuestra dirección IP privada desde la consola de comandos. Primero iríamos a inicio de Windows, ejecutar o buscar "cmd", en la ventana de comandos escribiríamos "ipconfig" que nos mostraría toda la información de nuestras tarjetas de red reales y virtuales. Escribiendo "ipconfig /?" tienes un texto de ayuda. Si el nombre de nuestra interfaz contiene un 4 por ejemplo, podemos "soltar" nuestra ip, liberar nuestra ip, con el siguiente comando: "ipconfig /release *4*" y renovar la ip con "ipconfig /renew *4*".

Pues con el router deberíamos poder cambiar nuestra ip pública y dinámica de la misma forma. Pero queda ver cómo se puede realizar...

Me rindo, soy incapaz de cambiar la ip pública de mi router Comtrend VG-8050 cuyo board id es 963169P-1861N5... He intentado poner una ip estática diferente (he sumado 1) y he debido crear algún tipo de conflicto de ip porque conectaba a medias, no terminaba de conectar. Pero al volver a poner DHCP se me asigna la misma IP. He leído cambiar la dirección física o MAC del router, lo cual tiene sentido pero no encuentro dónde poner una mac falsa en este router. (me parece que en otro router ví que copiaba la del ordenador y se podía editar)...
