23-04-2018: I don't use linkbucks anymore, and after some days i was unable to log to my ouo fresh account... I will not delete those banners right now since i'm curious to find out my login and password and check those accounts... wouldn't it be some cash... probably just some cents. Or maybe account were deleted for inactivity... I only use Google Adsense since it's easy to use it from Blogger and i know they pay. This blog is just 3 bucks per month for 200-300 views per month. That's all ;-)
Something bad i'm remembering is that i must have some shorten links in some posts around and i did not deleted them since i have no idea wich posts are and less wich links are :-/

Update 10-10-2016: shorte.st and linkbucks.com seems to work, at least i'm seeing how i earned half a cent in 11 days with shorte and 0.16 cents in 6 days with linkbucks.
From ouo.io i saw error 500 on withdrawal page, and from shorte.st that was looking so fine i'm seeing a lot of spam on their forum... and last serious post i saw was from last year...
I wanted to log into ouo.io again and i had to reset password twice, last password was just 6 characters with no rare chars... and even if i got a link to reset password, once i changed password and tried to login it said that my user does not exist or my password is wrong... ouo.io is making me losing too much time for nothing...
I made an account with ouo.io and was not abble to login again...

I'm new with "ouo.io shorten urls and get paid" and i'm trying to use a script they have that will redirect all my links to a shorten one and it worked fine on a blog with no ads, with no ads from adsense. But it was not working on three other blogs where i have the adsense gadget enabled, so i think there must be a relationship between the gadget and the fact urls were not shorten...

What it works are the single shorten urls i copy inside posts (it works no matter if you have enabled adsense gadget):
Something is not very pro, and should never happen on a site where you would like to get some cash and with you will share paypal data... Maybe because a have no earnings at all but if i press the withdraw link i get a 500 error, an internal server error:
I looked for some info around google, ouo.io seems to be from China and was working fine till this august some guys report they had some issue with payments due to paypal restriction. In fact ouo.io says on their site that paypal retains payments 180 days, 3 months!!!! anyway they also allow withdrawal payment with payza. I have not created an account with payza yet, but if ouo.io works i better change from paypal to payza.

and i could not log into my account again even resetting password several times...

The script allows to not apply the shorten link to the urls you chose so in that example the link "https://rutasinplanificar.blogspot.com" is ignored by the script.
I copied the ouo.io tool "Full Page Script" just after the body tag line, editing the blog template.

Estoy probando el script de ouo.io para toda la página web y no funciona si el blog tiene los gadgets de adsense. No se redirigen los enlaces a uno acortado de ouo.io
En cambio si agregas el código tras la línea de la etiqueta body, editando la plantilla de blogger, en un blog dónde no tienes ningún gadget de publicidad de adsense, entonces el script funciona correctamente con todos los enlaces de la página...

You have to press on green copy icon and paste as you want.
If you do not press the green icon you cannot shorten another link and have to open again that little windows.

To close that ouo "shorten link" window you just have to left click outside it.
And this is the ouo Dashboard that seems to know it was me that was testing links since it's totally empty:
I will add the full page script on this site, see if it works or not in different moments of the day. Probably it won't work, it didn't on three sites that had adsense ads, and it worked on the only blog with no adsense ad.
Remains to understand why the script did not work on a tab where it was supposed to work...
